The Nordic knitting styles expert Beth Brown-Reinsel is joining us on a fantastic summer tour in Iceland. We’ll dive deep into Nordic sweater traditions with Beth and Ragga Eiríksdóttir and together we’ll enjoy the magnificent bright summer nights, the endlessly inspiring nature, the creative streets of Reykjavík and of course each other’s company.

Join us for the lambing season in Iceland with instructors Ysolda Teague and Ragga Eiríksdóttir.

The tour combines the best of Reykjavík while staying at the super trendy Kex hostel and few days out of town in a cozy guest house on the enchanted Snæfellsnes peninsula.

We'll meet sheep, lambs, farmers, dyers, spinners, designers and artisans. May is wonderful in Iceland, the days keep getting longer and longer and nature is getting greener by each day that passes.

Happy times

We are delighted to present two of our favorite knitting designers, Gudrun Johnston and Mary Jane Mucklestone as guest tutors on a 2012 tour. Presenting: West fjords, Knitting and Culture.

The tour will combine the phenomenal Icelandic West fjords, Reykjavík Culture Night and Marathon and of course a healthy dose of knitting, nature, delicious meals and fun company of knitters.
